Features:
The ABC cell filter is sterilized by gamma ray for rapid filtration and easy to use. It is used to separate primary cells from tissues and continuously obtain single cell suspension with consistent shape and performance. It is often used for organ culture, tissue transport or transplantation, especially for stem cell and primary cell filtration. It is often used with flow cytometer, and is the best choice for flow cell sorting experiment. ABC cell filter is made of strong nylon mesh and is available in three sizes: 100um (yellow), 70um (white), and 40um (purple).
1. Strong nylon mesh, commonly used 100μm (yellow), 70μm (white), 40μm (purple), other aperture can be customized.
2. Evenly distributed mesh provides consistent and reliable results.
3. The extended edge of the top can be aseptically operated with surgical forceps.
4. Moulded colored marked polypropylene frame is easy to operate and distinguish.
5. No DNA enzyme, RNA enzyme or heat source after gamma ray sterilization.

1. Single cell suspension was obtained by filtration of blood cells isolated from bone marrow, pancreas, thymus, tonsils and lymph nodes
