DPBS buffer, namely Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered Saline, is a kind of balanced salt solution widely used in biological and biochemical studies, and the content of Phosphate is slightly lower than that of conventional PBS buffer. DPBS mainly embryology research, can be used as embryo, tissue rinse fluid, cryopreservation fluid and culture fluid. Glucose and sodium pyruvate can be added to DPBS as needed to maintain the basic nutrition of the culture.

 

Ingredients: 2.68mm KCl, 1.47mm KH2PO4, 137 mM NaCl, 8.0 mM Na2HPO4, pH 7.2-7.8@25℃. After 0.1 μm filtration, sterilization.

 

Storage and transportation

 

Normal temperature transportation and storage, valid for 18 months.

 

 

Matters needing attention

 

1. The product is filtered by 0.1 μm filter membrane for sterilization, please pay attention to aseptic operation when using to avoid bacterial contamination.

 

2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
