DMEM, namely Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, is Modified on the basis of MEM Medium, and can be divided into low sugar and high sugar according to different glucose content. DMEM low glucose medium is suitable for slow metabolism and dependent adherent cell culture.

 

This product contains many kinds of amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients needed for cell culture, without protein or growth factors, and needs to be used with 5-10% serum or no serum additives according to the type of cell.

 

This product is sterilized by 0.1 μm membrane filtration, pH 7.0-7.4, containing 5.5 mM D-glucose, without L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate, added phenol red indicator, containing 25 mM HEPES buffer system.

 

HEPES is an excellent biological buffer, which has no toxic effect on cells, and the medium added with HEPES can maintain a constant pH range for a long time.

 

Storage and transportation

 

Normal temperature transportation, 2-8℃ storage, 12 months of validity.

1. The product is filtered and sterilized, and sterile operation should be paid attention to when using to avoid contamination;
