Maintenance of drug dissolution meter:

 

(1) In the process of measurement, it is necessary to ensure that the water level is at least 2 cm above the outlet at the right end of the flume, otherwise the startup is prohibited.

 

(2) The water level should be lowered by 1 cm at the first start-up. There are bubbles at the water nozzle, indicating that the heating tank has water, otherwise it is forbidden to start.

 

(3) If the power indicator is not on after boot-up, check whether the fuse is blown and the power supply voltage is normal.

 

(4) If the temperature digital display jumps randomly after power-on, check whether the plug of turbidity measuring wire connects well with the sensor socket.

 

(5) Temperature sensors should not be inserted into dissolving cup solvents in order to avoid corrosion of sensor thermistors.
